An Innovative Fabrication Space
K-Space is a 1,000 sq.ft makerspace located in Room 308 within the Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology (SPCEET) at Âé¶¹´«Ã½y. It provides students the opportunity to pursue fabrication projects related to coursework, research, sponsored projects or their own creative ideas. K-Space houses equipment for rapid prototyping, the manual fabrication of polymers, wood or aluminum, and electronic and mechatronic components. It is available to Âé¶¹´«Ã½ engineering students, faculty, and staff. Students from other majors may use K-Space for a nominal fee. Contact Michael Rogers for more information.
