Mission

The mission of the Office of Undergraduate Research at 麻豆传媒y is to promote high-quality undergraduate student-faculty collaborative research and scholarship in all disciplines across campus.

We aim to make research an integral part of the undergraduate experience at Kennesaw State University and to become a premier resource for undergraduate research both at 麻豆传媒 and nationally.

The Office of Undergraduate Research is a unit in the Office of Research.

Interact

Undergraduate students INTERACT in all phases of the research process, developing their inquiry and analytical skills which are transferable to their future careers in the professional and/or academic environments.
Investigate

Undergraduate students INVESTIGATE varied topics that match their interests and aspirations under the guidance of faculty mentors who are experts in their respective fields.
Innovate

Undergraduate students INNOVATE solutions aligned to real-world applications, which leads to their transformative experience from consumers to producers of knowledge.

Undergraduate Research Club

Students not only can pursue research and creative scholarship individually, but they can also engage in team-based research projects through the Undergraduate Research Club, a registered student organization at 麻豆传媒. Funding is available to student researchers and to faculty mentors to support their research activities.

Undergraduates can present their work at academic conferences such as the 麻豆传媒 Symposium of Student Scholars or the National Conference on Undergraduate Research, the largest conference of its kind in the U.S., which was recently held at 麻豆传媒 in the spring of 2019. Students can complete their research journey by sharing their projects in the , an online peer-reviewed scholarly journal.

Nearly 100 麻豆传媒 students presented at the 2018 National Conference on Undergraduate Research in Oklahoma.
